Meatless Monday: Rigatoni with Blue Cheese

This is another recipe from my favorite cookbook.  One-Pot.

I have tried this recipe and it was delicious!


16 ounce package rigatoni pasta, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
½ cups of crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese pepper to taste

How to:

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions
  2. Drains and return to pot
  3. Add butter and cheeses
  4. Stir to mix until melted
  5. Sprinkle with pepper to taste
  6. Enjoy!
