Meatless Monday: Rigatoni with Blue Cheese
This is another recipe from my favorite cookbook. One-Pot.
I have tried this recipe and it was delicious!
16 ounce package rigatoni pasta, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
½ cups of crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese pepper to taste
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions
- Drains and return to pot
- Add butter and cheeses
- Stir to mix until melted
- Sprinkle with pepper to taste
